Curiosour and Curiouser...

It's hard to remember life without the internet. For my mum? Not so much. Her house forbids net use (literally a dead zone). In an awesome phone conversation, I gave her a little snap shot of what's going on the net today. Not so much the obsession with cats (I do that quite well off the internet thanks to Ziggy, Santa and MingMing) but the fact that there are actually world wide conversations that are happening, that increasingly more people are able to access every day. Just some of the topics that are up for discussion at the moment:-

Lesbian and Gay Rights

How much Abbott sucks at life, let alone his job. He seems to working off a different job description than the Australian people gave him...

Girls - my god girls in movies... this is a great test you should do for EVERY movie you come across:

Wars and what's actually happening in the world...

Having this talk with my mumma had a kind of eye-opening effect when she said
"I am so excited that you live in this age where these things are actually being discussed and heading for change."

So here's to keeping yourself in the conversation. Being curious, finding out the ins and outs and working out what you believe and stand for.
